We will start worship a little earlier than we have been so that we might enjoy some coffee (from Coffee Mania!) and food afterward. And then we’ll have Sunday School (now called Sabbath School).
We hope this new schedule will invite more participation and opportunities for hospitality and fellowship.
NEW SERMON SERIES & SABBATH SCHOOL SERIES
This Sunday I will begin a sermon series on the story of Jacob (Genesis 25-35). For the next few months we’ll see how God loves this sneaky, scheming individual who possesses all of God’s Yes’s and Amens yet thinks he can lose God’s love at a moment’s notice.

For our Sabbath School time, I’ll be teaching a series on Church History. It’ll be less lecture and more encouragement/discussion as we see how our faith in Jesus is shared by Christians from the earliest centuries of the church.
